Imparting interview techniques, insights and expertise to enhance the evaluation capabilities of line management.
Use social media, job boards, Internet sourcing, and other technical means to source candidates for open jobs.
Utilize social media recruiting skills to market the open positions, attract talent and build online communities.
Head hunting, references, Social media recruiting and internal database.
Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team Looking to hire domestic IT recruiters preferably experience in contract staffing or a combination of permanent /full time and contract staffing.
Working on all technical and non-technical position.
Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a high-paced, changing work environment.
Ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks and manage work time efficiently.
Desired Candidate Profile
Good Communication skills Candidates should have 1 Year experience in Contract/Permanent Staffing.
Conduct initial HR interviews (Telephonic). Follow up on the feedbacks.
Should have thorough understanding of various IT terminologies.
Hiring done for SAP skills is a preferable .
Closing the positions within the stipulated time.
Ready to join within 15 Days
Should have 1-2 years of experience in IT recruitment.
Salary: 1,75,000 - 2,50,000 P.A.
